Executive roundtable
A small, curated gathering of senior decision-makers — usually ten to fifteen people around a single theme or discussion — designed to build trust at close range rather than to pitch. Intimate formats outperform trade-show booths and big-stage sponsorships for high-value enterprise work, because the conversation is peer-to-peer and the host sets the agenda. WPH’s version is the quarterly dinner convened with its CEO Awards partner and themed on the annual benchmark data.
Source: Enterprise event practice; documented dinner-format norms — roughly ten to fifteen seats, used as a late-stage conversion tool — from executive-event playbooks (INDUSTRY/VENDOR). The recurring finding: the intimate room, not the booth, is where enterprise trust is built.
