The honest audit

Phase 1 research, Agent C (internal alignment). Sources: local files only, audited 2026-07-17. Note on recency: the most recent substantive file activity in this workspace is 2026-06-01 (dashboard.md, siteintel-handoff). The 90-day mission ended 2026-06-19 with no closing report on file. As of today there are ~6.5 weeks of undocumented time — every “current state” below is the last recorded state, not necessarily today’s.

  1. Company: Web Powerhouse Inc. (WPH) — enterprise Webflow agency, Singapore-based, operating in Philippines/SE Asia. Two brands: WPH (corporate) + Richard Visuals/Richard Pines (founder brand).
  2. Offer: Full Build $50k–$100k + WebOps retainer $5k–$10k/mo with 15-min SLA (context/offers.md).
  3. Actual pricing: Kia $11k build + $3–4k/mo; BYD $10k build + $4–5k/mo — ~1/5th of target (context/revenue-goals.md).
  4. 2026 target: $250k, built on 4 new enterprise clients at $50k + $5k/mo. Client 3 was due to close March/April 2026; as of last records, zero enterprise conversations have started.
  5. Verticals: Automotive (BYD PH, Kia PH, AC Mobility) + enterprise. Long game: “Automotive Digital Infrastructure + AI Readiness Partner,” PH/SEA → OEM → global over 24–36 months (context/automotive-expansion-strategy.md).
  6. Personas: Jason (Marketing Director / internal champion — the real audience), Marco (CEO / economic buyer — Jason sells him), Jess (IT/digital gatekeeper). Key insight from real interviews: “all of our content is for Jason. Jason sells Marco” (context/personas.md).
  7. Moat: only enterprise-grade Webflow shop with SE Asia presence + automotive vertical + 15-min WebOps SLA. Competitive research confirmed the niche is completely uncontested in search (context/competitive.md, dashboard Session 4c).
  8. Sales culture: PH enterprise = relationship-first, price never disclosed early, peer referral heavy. No public pricing, ever.
  9. The core problem (their own words): “This is not just a content problem. It is a positioning and price justification problem” — every asset must make a $50k build feel safe.
  10. The gap: $250k target vs ~$9k/mo base retainer revenue ≈ $223k of new business needed, with the pipeline motion (Track 1) essentially un-run through June 1.

2. What’s Been Built/Done, by Marketing Function

Section titled “2. What’s Been Built/Done, by Marketing Function”
Function What exists Status Evidence
Positioning Full context stack: strategy, personas (with verbatim buyer language), offers, competitive map, revenue goals, category thesis (Automotive Digital Infrastructure). Hard rules: never “outsource”/“white-label.” Documented and internally consistent; NOT yet expressed on the live site (old Webflow site had 5/6 nav pages 404, lorem ipsum, GEO 27/100 at baseline; ZoomInfo still described WPH as “white-label outsourcing agency” per Apr 6 audit) context/strategy.md, context/personas.md, context/competitive.md, context/revenue-goals.md, deliverables/ai-search-visibility-audit-apr2026.md
Proof / case studies 3 client interviews captured (Apr 24, 2026) + quote library + content plan (8 blog + 13 LinkedIn ideas). Testimonial video edit brief written. Quantified outcome on record: BYD = #1 most-visited EV auto site in PH, #3 all auto brands YTD, in 2 years. Zero published case studies. Zero edited testimonial videos confirmed. Video status “unknown since Mar 22” was still being written on May 19. context/interviews/README.md, context/interviews/CONTENT-PLAN.md, deliverables/long-form/testimonial-hero-edit-brief.md
Founder brand (Richard) Brand book (voice, ICPs, 3-phase authority build), LinkedIn About drafts, profile positioned (per Apr 10), 21+ LinkedIn drafts + 5 interview-series drafts. Short-form template built. Drafts exist; 0/91 short-form, 0/13 long-form delivered (dashboard tracker, May 27). Only ~6 posts in Posted/. context/richard-visuals.md, linkedin-posts/Linkedin About/, agents/richard-visuals/short-form-template.md
WPH brand / LinkedIn Company page audit (80 posts: 42 hard-conflict whitelabel/outsource, 35 unpolished, 1 OK, 0 client mentions, max 8 reactions). Page reset done Apr 10 (tagline/About/Industry now enterprise-aligned). Full-reset deletion list prepared for Julian. 21 WPH weekly LinkedIn drafts + 8 interview-series drafts. Buffer pipeline live (Week 1 queued May 13). Page “no longer actively damaging” but 77+ off-brand posts deletion blocked on Richard publishing 2 anchor posts — never confirmed done. Posting cadence not sustained. abm/linkedin-audit.md, deliverables/wph-linkedin-optimization-brief.md, deliverables/linkedin/week-03…week-10, status/lessons-2026-05-13-buffer-bootstrap.md
Blog / SEO / GEO The heaviest investment. 400+ keywords researched (10 silos, 165k+/mo addressable), 58 blog markdowns in deliverables/blog/, locked pipeline (citability ≥70 gate, JSON-LD, OG images, Notion→Webflow push), 58/58 Ready to Review by May 12, 55-post auto-publish calendar 1/day from May 13 → ~Jul 6. QA agent, retros (rounds 1–9). Built and shipping. But GSC baseline was 30 clicks/90 days and WPH invisible in all 5 non-branded AI buyer queries (Apr 6). Compounding is 2027 infrastructure by their own May 19 admission. deliverables/blog/ (58 files), deliverables/seo-geo/keyword-strategy-2026.md, status/publishing-calendar.md, status/retros/
ABM / outbound Complete drafted program (Apr 10): 3-tier 100 connects/wk (Dream 50 / ICP 50 / CEO Awards 25), zero-pitch rule, signal layer (Sales Nav + Google Alerts), $159/mo stack, KPIs, ops cadence. Dripify sequences written then parked (over budget). Stage 1 executed May 26–27: 111 of 119 actionable leads saved to Sales Nav via Playwright loop; Notion Connect Tracker = 146 rows. Connect-automation script built then parked (Richard sends manually). Program designed Apr 10, first real execution May 26 (46 days later). 0 connects tracked against the 270 target; 0 conversations started. Hire plan exists (ABM consultant first — brief written May 19, not sourced). abm/README.md, abm/strategy.md, abm/daily-lead-save-loop.md, abm/dripify-sequences.md, abm/abm-consultant-brief.md
Partnerships / events CEO Awards Asia partnership live (WPH builds their website in xdeal for C-suite community access). Event Partner Program productized (May 19) — website-for-access model, next targets MIAS, Autofocus. Quarterly dinners specced in strategy. Zero outreach into the CEO Awards community as of last records. “We have done nothing with this access yet” (context/current-situation.md). No dinner held. context/current-situation.md, abm/event-partner-program.md, abm/partnership-coordinator-jd.md
Website Webflow: 6 blogs live Apr 2, services CMS + template built late May, then strategic pivot May 27: migrate to Meno (Finterm dark template). Meno MVP built Jun 1: 15 pages, brand applied, JSON-LD, sitemap/robots. Webflow stays live in parallel; DNS cutover not started. Plus SiteIntel audit-tool lead magnet ~code-complete (Notion CRM push, report URLs, Turnstile live; email/Slack pending). Third platform state in 10 weeks (broken Webflow → repaired Webflow → Meno rebuild). Case studies and Systems pages still absent from all versions. status/session-state-2026-05-27-webflow-to-meno-migration.md, status/siteintel-handoff-2026-06-01.md
Reporting / ops Paperclip board (WEB- prefix, 5 agents), dashboard.md discipline, weekly/monthly report templates + Slack delivery bot, Notion as CRM. Reporting cadence broke immediately: weekly reports exist only for Weeks 1–3 (last: Apr 6); monthly only March. No week-4-through-13 reports, no 90-day closing report despite mission ending Jun 19. status/weekly/ (2 reports), status/monthly/ (1 report), status/ROUTINES.md

3. What Has NOT Been Done (Track 1 — the revenue path)

Section titled “3. What Has NOT Been Done (Track 1 — the revenue path)”

The stated critical path: Videos → Case Studies → LinkedIn Positioning → CEO Awards Outreach → Enterprise Conversations → Deals. Status of each, with stall duration measured to the last file activity (Jun 1):

Item First scheduled Last recorded status Stalled
Testimonial videos (Kia, BYD, ACM) “THIS WEEK” as of late March Interviews shot Apr 24 (teleprompter reads); edited videos never confirmed. May 19 log: “Testimonial video status STILL unknown since Mar 22 — gates proof assets, gates everything” ~10+ weeks
Case studies written/published Immediately after videos “NOT STARTED” — zero published on any version of the site ~10 weeks (entire mission)
Richard’s 2 anchor posts on WPH page Week of Apr 10 Never confirmed published; blocks Julian’s 77-post deletion ~7 weeks
Julian’s 77+ off-brand post deletion Apr 16–29 window No completion record ~6 weeks
CEO Awards community outreach After credibility assets “NOT STARTED.” Partnership access confirmed, unused ~10 weeks
First enterprise conversation “at least 1 by end of April” Zero started. Client 3 close slipped Mar/Apr → May/Jun → nothing ~10+ weeks
LinkedIn connects (3/day) / comments (3/day) Mar 22 0/270 and 0/270 on the May 27 tracker (Sales Nav saves ≠ connects) entire mission
Richard short-form (7/wk) / long-form (1/wk) Mar 22 0/91 and 0/13 entire mission
Systems pages, speakerships, dinners, Webflow Enterprise registration Layer 1/2 of strategy All “Not started” entire mission

Also unresolved as of last records: blog approval bottleneck history (0 posts approved for ~5 weeks in April before the gate was reworked), ZoomInfo “white-label outsourcing” description flagged URGENT Apr 6, WPH page banner still placeholder, weekly reporting dead since Apr 6.

Where effort went vs. where the plan said it should go. The revenue plan (context/revenue-goals.md) requires 4 enterprise conversations and a proof stack. The recorded effort went overwhelmingly to Track 2: 58 blog posts, 400+ keywords, a locked publishing pipeline with QA agents and retros, a Buffer routine, a content-distribution system (heartbeat agent + Telegram voice bot — blocked on credentials, never launched), a SiteIntel lead-magnet tool, and a full website re-platforming to Meno. Track 1 produced: 1 LinkedIn page reset, 3 raw interviews, 111 leads saved to Sales Nav, and a stack of unlaunched plans. The May 27 current-situation.md says it plainly: “infrastructure can become procrastination. The blog pipeline doesn’t close 2026 revenue. The CEO Awards outreach does.” The workspace then spent its final recorded week building a new website and an audit tool.

Specific unused assets:

  • CEO Awards Asia partnership — live since ~March, called “the single most strategic asset in the current plan” and “the fastest path to enterprise conversations in 2026.” Zero outreach in ~10 weeks of records.
  • Client interviews — captured Apr 24, mined May 12 into 8 blog drafts + 13 LinkedIn drafts sitting in wip/ and Drafts/, largely unpublished. The strongest proof language WPH owns (BYD #1 EV site in PH) is not on the website, not in a case study, not in a video.
  • ABM program — fully designed Apr 10 ($159/mo, tiering, sequences, KPIs); Dripify parked, connect loop built-then-parked, consultant not sourced. Net execution: lead-saving only.
  • Testimonial videos — the asset everything gates on; status literally unknown to the CMO system for ~10 weeks.

Contradictions between stated strategy and activity:

  1. strategy.md says blog cadence “1 post per month (max),” “no content volume for vanity” — while the 90-day plan demanded 7 blogs/week and delivered 58 posts. The two strategy documents contradict each other, and execution followed the volume one.
  2. The May 19 session concluded “Blog SEO/GEO is 2027 infrastructure — stop adding to it”; the pipeline kept auto-publishing daily through ~Jul 6 while zero proof assets shipped.
  3. Success metrics are defined as “quality of inbound conversations, average deal size, time-to-close” — none of which were ever reported on; the only metrics tracked were content counts, the exact vanity metrics the strategy forbids.
  4. The closed-loop principle (“confirm, track, follow through”) vs. reality: weekly reporting died at Week 3, the 90-day mission (target: 364 pieces, ended Jun 19) has no closing report, and the single most-repeated open question (“video status?”) was never closed across 8 sessions.
  5. Founder dependency was diagnosed May 19 (closing playbook, consultant-first hire) — and both artifacts remain empty templates.

Bottom line: WPH built a genuinely impressive marketing factory and never turned on the sales motion it was built to feed. The constraint was never content; it was Richard-gated proof assets and outreach, and the system routed around the constraint instead of through it.

5. Constraints & Hard Rules the Course Must Respect

Section titled “5. Constraints & Hard Rules the Course Must Respect”
  • Never “outsource” or “outsourcing,” never “white label.” Hard positioning rules; WPH exited those models and spent April scrubbing them from LinkedIn/ZoomInfo. Any course examples must avoid these frames entirely.
  • No public pricing. Pricing revealed in strategy sessions only. PH enterprise culture: price is not disclosed early; even “market education” pricing anchors WPH down. No “don’t hire us” negative-qualification copy on the website.
  • PH/SEA enterprise culture: relationship- and referral-driven, long procurement (3–9 months for Jess-type buyers), peer trust over spec sheets. Zero pitching in DMs is a hard ABM rule (“the moment we pitch, we become every other agency in their inbox”).
  • Richard-only outreach: all connects from Richard’s profile, ~100/week cap (LinkedIn limit), 25/day hard cap on sends; Julian does NOT touch outreach tooling. Automation parked deliberately — manual Sales Nav connects chosen for account safety and acceptance rate.
  • Julian’s role: video editing/uploads, WPH page post deletions, design tasks. Not strategy, not outreach.
  • Interview quote handling: interviews are ~95% verbatim teleprompter reads — never frame quotes as “unprompted.” Named-source stats need linkable URLs or reframing as experience (Opus hallucination history).
  • Tool stack in place: Notion = CRM and content source of truth (not GHL), Buffer for LinkedIn scheduling, Sales Navigator (111 saved leads + native signal alerts), Google Alerts, Paperclip task board, Firebase (storage/hosting/reports), locked blog pipeline, Meno for the new site, SiteIntel lead magnet near-launch. Course should build on this stack, not propose new tools.
  • Two-brand separation: systems/founder-journey content goes to Richard’s LinkedIn; institutional proof content to WPH. Don’t merge voices.
  • Content style rules: no em-dashes, banned-word list, no fake stats, evaluation-guide format instead of self-listing “best of” posts, FAQ is the structural close (no trailing CTA sections).

  • WPH today: Positioning is fully articulated on paper (enterprise Webflow SE Asia + automotive + 15-min SLA; category thesis “Automotive Digital Infrastructure + AI Readiness Partner”) and validated as uncontested white space by SERP research.
  • WPH today: The re-positioning purge is real and recent — Apr 10, 2026: the company’s own LinkedIn tagline was “Your Remote Webflow Whitelabel Agency”; 42 of 80 audited posts contradicted the current positioning.
  • Gap: Positioning lives in markdown, not in market. The live site never expressed it (404s → Meno rebuild in-flight), ZoomInfo/AI answers still carried the old identity, and 0 posts on the company page mention BYD/Kia/ACM.
  • Gap: Two internal strategy docs conflict (1 blog/month “quiet authority” vs 7/week SEO volume). The course should force one operating thesis.
  • WPH today: Owns rare proof — on-record interviews from 3 enterprise automotive digital leaders, incl. “BYD = #1 most-visited EV auto site in PH, #3 across all auto brands, within 2 years,” and a full quote library mapped to personas (context/interviews/).
  • WPH today: Interviews shot Apr 24; 8 case-study-adjacent blog drafts + 13 LinkedIn drafts already written from them.
  • Gap: Zero published case studies, zero edited testimonial videos, ~10 weeks after the shoot. The entire critical path (videos → case studies → outreach) gated on an asset whose status went untracked for 8 consecutive sessions.
  • Gap: BYD ranking claim needs third-party verification (SimilarWeb/Ahrefs) before it can headline anything.
  • WPH today: Voice/brand book exists, profile repositioned Apr 10, baseline logged (90 profile viewers, 1,510 post impressions/wk), 26+ Richard drafts ready, ~6 posts actually published.
  • Gap: 0/91 short-form, 0/13 long-form, connects 0/270, comments 0/270 against the 90-day plan. Cadence never started, so ABM’s “content does the selling” engine has no fuel.
  • Gap: Anchor posts (2 on WPH page) blocked the entire LinkedIn cleanup for 7+ weeks — a single founder task as system-wide bottleneck.
  • WPH today: Complete program on paper (3 tiers, 100/wk, zero-pitch, $159/mo, signal protocols) and a working daily Playwright loop that saved 111/119 actionable leads into Sales Nav (May 26–27). Connect Tracker: 146 rows, 24 needing URL enrichment.
  • WPH today: Deliberate de-automation decisions on record (Dripify parked, connect script parked) — manual, Richard-only sends at ≤25/day.
  • Gap: Designed Apr 10, first execution May 26. No connects logged, no conversations started, target was 4+ qualified conversations and 1 close in 90 days.
  • Gap: ABM consultant brief written May 19, never sourced; closing playbook template empty. The founder-dependency fix exists as unfilled paperwork.
  • WPH today: CEO Awards Asia partnership live (website-for-community-access xdeal) = warm path to Marco-level C-suite density; productized into an Event Partner Program one-pager (May 19) with MIAS and Autofocus as next targets.
  • Gap: Zero activation — no connects into the community, no partnership announcement post, no speaking slot claimed, in ~3 months of partnership. The files call it both “the single most strategic asset” and “we have done nothing with this access yet.”
  • Gap: Quarterly dinners (Layer 2 of strategy, PHP 30–50k budget) never held.
  • WPH today: Engagement process is defined (Strategy Session → 50/50 agreement → optional retainer), disqualification signals documented, and buyer psychology mapped from real interviews (Jason buys on “output and support structure,” Marco approves “without a hitch” when Jason is armed).
  • Gap: Richard is the only closer and his motion is uncaptured — abm/closing-playbook-template.md is an empty template. No discovery script, no proposal template on file, no recorded objection handling.
  • Gap: Zero enterprise conversations in the record means zero at-bats to learn from; the course’s sales module starts from a documented process but an empty pipeline.
  • WPH today: Selling $10–11k builds against a $50k list price — a 5x gap the whole marketing system exists to close. Retainer gap is small ($3–5k vs $5k), and retainer LTV ($60k/yr) is understood as the anchor.
  • WPH today: Cultural rules locked: no public pricing, price revealed in session, no anchoring content.
  • Gap: Nothing that justifies $50k has shipped — no case studies, no Systems pages, no governance documentation, no video proof. Price justification assets are the single largest unbuilt category.
  • Gap: No evidence of a pricing test: no proposal at $50k has been put in front of anyone (no conversations = no pricing reps).
  • WPH today: The strongest function by far: 58 posts written, locked QA’d pipeline (citability ≥70, schema, OG images), 55-post daily auto-publish calendar (May 13 → ~Jul 6), 400+ keyword universe, confirmed zero-competition niche, GEO skills installed.
  • WPH today: Honest baselines on file: GEO 27/100 (Mar 30), GSC 30 clicks/90 days, invisible in all 5 non-branded AI buyer queries (Apr 6).
  • Gap: No post-publish measurement anywhere — no indexing/traffic/ranking follow-up after the calendar started, no Week 4+ reports. Content ships into a void.
  • Gap: Their own May 19 ruling — “Blog SEO/GEO is 2027 infrastructure — stop adding to it” — makes this the function to cap, not grow. The course should treat content as air cover for outreach, which is exactly how abm/strategy.md frames it.
