Land and expand

Winning a small, well-scoped first engagement inside an account, delivering undeniably, and then growing the value of that relationship over time instead of treating the first deal as the whole prize. For WPH the move has a structural twist: because the 80 automotive accounts collapse into roughly a dozen ownership groups, “expand” means moving along the group’s adjacent brands and companies (Kia and BYD sit inside one Ayala mobility arm that also reaches banking, property, and telco) before ever clearing the bare ground of a new logo. Expansion is the cheapest, warmest revenue on the board because the trust is already built.

The concentrated-market / ownership-group application is course-coined for WPH, grounded in the PH automotive structure (ACMobility/Ayala) documented in the tiny-TAM research.
